Berries, Ice Cream, Courvoissier

Good morning,

If you're a regular reader here, you know we love vanilla ice cream with berries.  We often order that dessert at restaurants instead of cakes or pies.

We are home now and can make this treat for ourselves. Since we didn't have to drive home, I added the best topping possible:  a shot of Courvoisier.  Yes, that is a soup bowl.  Yes, there were two of these just alike, one for My Honey and one for me.  Yes, we each ate it all.  ;)  Oh, yes, this was GOOD!

All the best,
Lois

PS - That bottle had already been opened.  We did not open the bottle for this dessert and drink all of that cognac in one day!

Bet this treat was as delicious as it was colorful. And, of course, a cereal bowl was needed!
