St. Thomas Walk - Part 2 of 2

Good morning,

We saw that fellow above on our walk back to Freedom of the Seas from the Old Downtown area of St.Thomas, U.S.V.I.  He was quite well hidden along the rocks of a tributary to the sea.
Our walkway lined with well tended hedges widened as we neared the yacht harbor and shopping area.
There's our beautiful floating home waiting for us.
Now without the zoom and standing in the same spot, you can see we still have quite a bit of walking to do to get there.

More beautiful tropical flowers.  The colors and aromas are incredibly lovely.
For those of you who don't want to sleep on your yacht, you can check into a dockside hotel where you can enjoy the pool.  *sigh*

You can find just about everything you might need and it would be hard to get lost.
Look at that blue!  Yes, it really looks like that!
This is the second time ashore that we have passed the Fat Turtle.  Since we had already eaten lunch, we didn't stop today, either.  The Fat Turtle will be a reason to come ashore another time.  ;)

Finally, we are almost back to the "mother ship" Freedom of the Seas

I hope you've enjoyed our visit to St. Thomas with us.

All the best,
Lois

Gorgeous place, wonderful ship. The Fat Turtle sign is very funny and I like also the other one with 'to cruise ships'.
