In the Water and On the Water

Good morning,

Today's images are unrelated except that they bring safety to mind.

Above is a snorkeler in the water very near the tender boat we were in near Grand Cayman.  I don't think I would let my kids snorkel that close to the tenders!  This person being here was unrelated to the ship or ship tours.
This is a Mexican pilot boat at the port of Cozumel.  The port pilots are aboard as we enter and depart ports and offer information specific to each port.  It's interesting to watch them depart the ship after we leave a port.  They literally step (sometimes jump!) from the side of the ship onto the pilot boat just outside the port.

Best,
Lois

People are way too casual around water sometimes.

That snorkeler was a bit close for comfort!

That does seem like a strange place to be snorkeling with all the traffic around.
