Freedom of the Seas - Aft Decks 4 and 5

Good morning,

Everywhere you look aboard Freedom of the Seas you see detail of a ship that is art itself.  Note the granite floor of the Champagne Bar on Deck 5.  Last year I published many images of the granite on board Freedom.
Looking up from Deck 4 to Deck 5 the balcony above is shaped like a ship.
There are two sets of glass elevators on board Freedom, one set forward and one set aft.
I turned around from the elevator area and I am looking at the bridge featured here yesterday.
This is the Guest Relations Desk.
On the stairway between Decks 5 and 4 and on other stairways there is original artwork.

Tomorrow I'll continue with images of Deck 4.  I hope you're enjoying my walk around Freedom.

Best,
Lois

Hi Lois, these images and the ones earlier from onboard Freedom remind me of an upscale mall shopping area. I have to temember that this is a large floating shopper's and diner's mecca. By the way, if you check our recent blog post, you will see we also dined at Anthony's in Bryson City.

Good morning,

I'm glad you're enjoying my walk around Freedom again. Even though we have been here before, there is always something new happening.

Beatrice, I'll be over to look at your blog on Sunday when I have an Internet connection via Verizon in the USA with more band width. At the moment, we are anchored off of Grand Cayman. I hope you're havign fun in Bryson City! We plan a return trip there when we are coming through the area at a good time of the year for a train ride. :)

Thanks for stopping by and your very kind comments.

Best,
Lois

Beautiful! I think being surrounded by all the gorgeous glitzy artwork is one of the attractions of being on a cruise. For most people that is the only time they can experience such luxury.
