Inside Krohn Conservatory, Cincinnati, Ohio

Good morning,

Today's images were taken inside the Krohn Conservatory in Cincinnati, Ohio.  The butterfly bench above is the focal point for many family pictures, including ours when we were here with the kids a year or so ago.
This gift shop in the lobby area has grown over the years from selling just a few plants to selling quite a few gardening supplies and related items.  I suppose it tells my age when I say I remember when there was no gift shop here at all.  ;)
There's that handsome man again.  ;)
This is the waterfall in the center part of the Conservatory.  I remember visiting here many, many times as a child.  It's such fun to be able to walk through the cave behind the waterfall.
Look up!  Bananas!

I think some of these huge fish have probably been here as long as I have been visiting.

And, so ended another wonderful photo visit to the Krohn Conservatory.

As always, click to enlarge the images.

Enjoy!

Lois

The bench is brilliant. And I love those koi in the pond! Have always wanted a koi pond but between our egrets, herons and DOGS, they'd never make it!

A very nice place to visit and take photos I think!

It's really very nice for you to have the continuity of having visited the Krohn when you were a child, and now you bring your grandchildren. I've been enjoying yoru visits there very much!

That bench is in a gallery in my town. Want your own?? It took me a while to wonder why it looked so familiar!
And safe driving/sailing!
