Cactus at the Krohn Conservatory, Cincinnati, Ohio

Good morning,

Here are a few more images from the Krohn Conservatory in Cincinnati, Ohio.  There are so many beautiful places to photograph that it is impossible to share them all at one time.

I am sure some of these huge cactus were here when I visited as a child.
We picked a perfect day to visit when there were very few people at the Conservatory.
There is also artwork on display among the cactus.

 Tequila in the raw!
And, here is that handsome man who I see just about everywhere I go!  ;)

Enjoy,
Lois

Great place to visit! I've always to go down to Arizona and see the great Saguaro cactus.

Lois, it's always great to visit someplace on a day when there are not many others visiting - always easier to get the shots you want, especially of that handsome guy!

I bet the cactus house is especially wonderful to visit in winter, almost like taking a vacation to a warmer clime. :)

Good morning,

The Cactus House has always been a fun place to visit. I should dig deep enough to find images my Dad took there. I seem to remember the layout of the display much the same as it was back when I was a child. I am pretty sure some of those plants are the same ones I've come to visit many times over the years. :)

Thank you so much, everyone, for stopping by and your very kind words.

Best,
Lois
