Kjell made a marvelous beef stew for dinner. Now that the evenings are getting cooler, this seems especially yummy.
I also love the aroma. I took the dogs out in the cool evening air and when I came back into the house, the aroma of the beef stew was overwhelmingly marvelous.
I'll let you in on a little secret, too: he puts wine in the sauce. ;)
