Dock Runners!

 Good morning,

Balcony guests watching the ship's departure from a port of call often get to see the race against time of dock runners.  Generally, there is a great deal of cheering involved, too.

Some people just can't seem to get back to the ship on time and are lucky if they make the ship after the departure time posted. 

 The cruise ship will only wait for late passengers if they are on a ship sponsored tour.  If you go out on your own, be sure to be back on time!
