There are several excellent specialty restaurants on board Royal Caribbean ships. Catherine sent me this image of Tuna Tartare that she enjoyed at Chops aboard Freedom of the Seas.
She positioned the first image so that we could see her view of the sea as they dined at Chops. The restaurant is quiet with candle lit (no real flames on the ship) tables and excellent personalized service.Yes, cruising is lovely.
