Needlework and Wood Working Update - April, 2025

 Good morning,

Welcome to this month's Needlework and Wood Working Update where we publish images of what we've completed since the last Update.

Above is a clock that Kjell made of both wood and plastic.  The face of the clock is wood and the moving parts are designed by Kjell and made of plastic with his 3D printer.  The reason for the plastic is that it is not affected by heat and moisture, so the clock can be more accurate.  Sorry, this one isn't in the shop.  We're keeping this one.  ;)

This New Large Afghan Blanket is in the shop.  The Orange flowers on Brown is beautiful for a man or a woman.  Only one available $185 and ready to ship to your USA address.  More images and information here.

This is a light weight, lacy lap blanket that is also a very comfy shawl when folded corner to corner.  It also makes a light and airy cover-up for breastfeeding.  This would be a lovely gift for a new mother.  $50.  More images and information here.

These colors go together so beautifully.  What a lovely lap blanket for all ages.  Only $50.  More images and information here.

I love this special yarn and the patterns it creates as I crochet with it. This Cloche Hat can also be used as as a Chemo Cap.   It is available here.  $12.

This is a similar hat to the one above.  It is made with the same dye lot yarn, but the lighting on the image makes it look a little different.  This one is available here.  $12.

And, finally for this month, this scarf was also made with the same dye lot yarn so matches either of the above cloche hats.  Be sure to see all the images and information about this one.  $40.  Only one available here.

That's it for another month.  Of course, Kjell and I are both always working on more projects.

Our items are all made in the USA and are ready to ship to your USA address.  No tariffs!

We sincerely appreciate your encouragement, likes, shares, favorites, pins, and purchases, too!   Thank you so very much for your support of our shop since 2011.  Having the shop is a retirement dream come true.  :)

All the very best,

Lois
