Walking Through the Shark Tank

Good morning,

These are a few more images from our visit to the Newport Aquarium.  Being able to walk "through" the shark tank gives a whole different perspective than watching them through flat glass.
It is not easy to take pictures of the fish because of reflections on the curved glass.
But, these pictures do show how very impressive these animals are!  I'm happy to be on the opposite side of the glass from them.

All the best,
Lois

I would love to have seen shark when we went to the Moody Gardens, but they didn't have any. These are neat shots.

Great shots, Lois. Aquariums are very photogenic, but sometimes it's so difficult to take pictures through the glass!

These are impressive shots! I remember standing on the pier in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida years ago and seeing 18 ft long hammerhead sharks swimming around - the mid point of the pier where people often swam!! They are impressive creatures...and you know what, I'll stay out of their gulf if they stay out of my swimming pool!
Blessings!!

I have never seen a real shark, this would be a safe occasion to have a lokk at the beasts!
