Egg-cellent Eggs

 Good morning,

Kjell ordered a new egg poacher and it arrived today, so, of course, we had to have poached eggs for dinner.  :) 

 This one is much fancier than my mother's that we didn't use very often any more.

 After the water boiled, it only took five minutes...

...to have very tasty (and happy) poached eggs.
