You'll find food and drink everywhere on a cruise ship.
This "food dispensary" is on the pool deck of Independence of the Seas.
The first day you come aboard a cruise ship, it's a good idea to take a stroll around each deck to see what is there. Otherwise, it's possible to get through your entire cruise and miss many interesting places and some tasty food.

I have never been on a cruise, but it certainly makes sense to get the lay of the land so to speak as soon as you get on the ship.
