Sour Cream and Applesauce Bread

 

Good morning,

I got a great deal accomplished yesterday:  updated the shop, listed a new item, shipped the morning sale, worked on that dreaded Continuing Education, and made bread.

The nice thing about making bread is that I set my phone timer between rises and can do other things while the bread is doing its thing.

And, did I mention how wonderful the house smells?
