Yes, more food. Catherine was able to get us a side of salmon so My Honey prepared it the Norwegian way. It's pan fried and just marvelous.
His secret sauce has a sour cream base...
and, of course, the salmon was served with boiled potatoes.

I pan fried 2 mahimahi filets in butter with salt and pepper yesterday. It was delicious with wild rice and a Mediterranean salad. I plan to do the same with salmon filets tonight.
Gigi, that sounds yummy! :) Kjell pan fried the salmon in butter, too.
