Catherine's Texas Chili
Good morning,
It was Catherine's turn to cook again and this dinner was a big hit!
This is her Red Texas Chili recipe. There's nothing better on a cold winter day.

Catherine has the skills of a chef. She could open a successful restaurant and be a judge on some food tv show.
You are right, there is nothing better than chili on a cold day!
