Yes, more food! Our dear friends Martha and Russell met us in Galveston the night before our cruise was to begin. They took us to dinner at Gaido's Seafood Restaurant for an absolutely exquisite meal. A few years ago Martha and Russell had given us a fabulous cookbook published by Gaido's so it was especially fun to visit the restaurant with them and enjoy these fabulous dishes. I ordered a white fish with all the trimmings.

The next day we all began our cruise aboard Liberty of the Seas.
