Sail (?) Boat

Good morning,

While in Cozumel, Mexico, I saw this tour boat and got a big chuckle out of it.

I think this boat really wants to be a sailboat, but, uh, it is certainly not a traditional sailboat.  I've never seen one decked out like this before. Pretty neat!
