This is the Guest Services area of Freedom of the Seas. If you have a question, need change, or have other business with the ship, this is where you come to do it. Many things can be done on your stateroom TV now, though, so trips here to Guest Services are minimized.
Back in the old days, we called this the Purser's Desk. :)

I never get over how beautiful that ship is, and how many things are offered on it! I have another family funeral to attend on Tuesday. My second cousin passed away. So I might go missing again for a few days.
