Happy Birthday to David

Good morning,

David, our grandson, celebrated his 14th birthday recently and we were happy to be there to help him celebrate.  His parents didn't tell him that they were taking him to a favorite restaurant near our home.

Outside is another of our decorated Cincinnati pigs.  ;)

The restaurant gave us our own room - perhaps because we had so many children in the group?

 David was thrilled when he discovered we were here to celebrate his birthday.

 He's into fun t-shirts so he got plenty of them.

 He REALLY wanted a special computer game system so Grandpa and I made that possible.  Yes, I blanked out that check in the picture for obvious reasons.  The camera was just too good and I could read the details.

 The rest of the family continued eating and looked on as more presents were opened....

 Ahhh, new earphones!

 And, finally, more threads.  :)

 It all got to be too much for little brother, Alex.  :)

 Finally!  Cake!

 How cool!  Different flavors of cake and cupcakes so everyone can have a favorite.

 Happy Birthday, David!  You're growing up to be such a fine young man.
