Lois, it seems that every state has its share of these critters as we also saw many similar breeds recently when traveling in NJ.
Ha--never thought of the term featherless cranes. That's a good description;)
Driving through construction zones always makes me nervous, especially if there are a lot of big trucks around!
Up here we say we have 2 seasons. Winter and construction. :) It's been a very busy road fixing season in our area this summer/fall and it will make our driving a lot more enjoyable. Have a lovely weekend.
Those cranes and barrels have us bottled up pretty good here in Tulsa.
it is good to see progress - if you're not having to commute thru it. :)
I mostly like to watch and photograph working sites, but obviously not driving a car or as a passenger!
I always dislike traveling while construction is happening. Stressful!
It's the wrong sort of cranes, ugly, I love the right CRANES.
