St. Thomas Walk - Part 1 of 2

Good morning,

I hope you are enjoying our long visit to St. Thomas.  Today and tomorrow I'll share images from our long walk back to the ship from Old Downtown St. Thomas.
There is so much to see along the way that is easily missed if you are in a vehicle.
The man with the "moving bar" found just the right spot.  As traffic slowed, he made several sales to those stuck in traffic.
This would not have been such a fun walk if the weather been very hot.
Mickey Mouse is in port today, too.
This one has been here for awhile.
We've rounded another corner and can see our entire ship again.
I see My Honey stopped to take a picture of that boat skeleton, too.  The boarded up building appears to have been a restaurant and/or bar.  I'm sure it only had customers who came by boat since there is no parking nearby.
We are now nearing the yacht club near the cruise ship part of the port.  There's our beautiful Freedom of the Seas over there.
It is a long and winding road.  ;)

Tomorrow will be the last part of this walk including a bird watching us as we watched him along the way, the very up-scale shopping center, and our return to the ship after an enjoyable trip ashore.

I hope you'll join us.

All the best,
Lois

St. Thomas looks like a fun place to explore. It would be nice to spend a few days going off the beaten path a bit! Love Di ♥
