Norwegian Style Dinner
Good morning,
It's fun to take turns cooking here. This was Daddy's turn to make something "Norski." This is pork "meat cakes," potatoes, smashed peas, and carrots. Very basic. Very Norski.

Smashed Peas? That sounds very interesting! Being in the desert, I thought it was guacamole!
