The Royal Suite - Freedom of the Seas
Good morning,
Our friends, Martha and Russell, sailed with us aboard Freedom of the Seas and certainly sailed in style!
They booked the Royal Suite and were kind enough to invite me in to take pictures so I could share them here on the blog.
Just inside the double front doors you arrive in a grand entrance inside the suite. To your left is the living room, dining area, and bar. To your right is the bedroom complete with walk through closet, fabulous bathroom, and sitting area with access to the balcony. I'll take you through each part in pictures:
This suite comes complete with a baby grand piano. If you don't play piano, it can be programmed to play whatever type of music you enjoy.
The dining area comfortably fits four and more seating can be added as required.
There is plenty of space to host a party.
And, our friends found the bar came equipped with Champagne.
There are several doors to access the balcony that comes with a private hot tub. The curtains are controlled by a switch on the wall if you would like to close them for privacy.
Martha and Russell enjoyed some meals outside during their stay here.
Or, if you wish, you can soak up some vitamin D.
There is a small guest bathroom just off the entrance hall.
The guest bathroom comes equipped with a shower so the suite will accommodate a family, too.
The master bedroom and bathroom are so extensive that it was difficult to photograph without many, many pictures from different angles.
The bed is larger than the standard king size bed.
The bathroom is a walk through area with multiple doors...
...that includes a whirlpool bath...
...twin sinks...
...a closer view of the hot tub...
...and a walk through closet. The lights come on when you walk in so you don't have to look for the switch.
Here is another view of the bedroom with the sitting room beyond.
Of course, there is TV and counter space for snacks.
This is another view from the bedroom sitting area and the door to the balcony.
I realized I had walked through the master bathroom and had missed the twin shower room...
...where you and your honey can shower side-by-side.
And, finally, here are a few pictures of our friends, Martha and Russell in the Royal Suite.
No, it's not cold in the Caribbean; they are trying on the hats I made for them.
Thank you, Martha and Russell, for allowing me to tour and take pictures of the Royal Suite aboard Freedom of the Seas.
All the best,
Lois
