St.Thomas Overview

Good morning,

I've published many images of St. Thomas, U.S.V.I., but never from this angle.
These images were taken from Deck 12 of Freedom of the Seas of Havensight Mall.  The mall is adjacent to the port and is always a welcome stop for a lunch ashore and shopping.

The traffic here moves on the left side of the street so be careful when you step off the curb.
Look carefully in this image to see the tram to the top of the mountain where you'll find a restaurant, gift shop (of course!), and a great view of the ships in the harbor below.

Shortly after these images were taken, My Honey and I went ashore for a yummy cheeseburger at a local restaurant near the ship where we eat often when we are in St. Thomas.

Very best,
Lois

I like the idea of perpetual warm sun but not living there. I wouldn't trade my ice and snow for a beach front property in Hawaii.∞∞∞ Well maybe it was on Waikiki Beach I would

What fun! I'll bet you've gotten to try out a lot of different foods. And, oh, the wonderful things you get to see!

Bet that hamburger tasted relaly good on a nice warm day and hopefully enjoyed outdoors - we'll get some of that nice weather here on the VA eastern shore on Friday when it will be in the 70s...yeah!

Good morning,

I'm with you, Abe, about not living there full time. There is nothing like home, family, and four seasons. But, it sure is a nice place to visit!

We do get to try lots of different foods both ashore and on the ship. We have to be careful we don't "try" so many that they will have to roll us off as cargo when it is time to go home!

Thank you so much, everyone, for stopping by and your kind words.

Very best,
Lois
