Baked Fish

 Good morning,

This is such an easy summer meal!  

Frozen cod (thawed) in a corning ware dish, sprinkle with lemon juice (I use concentrated), paprika, onion powder, seasoned salt (very little), dill, add a tomato slice, top with shredded cheese (your favorite), cover, then bake for 35 minutes at 375 F.

We each ate two of these and felt we had eaten a full meal.
