It's "that time" of the year. We just love corn on the cob and the best way to fix it is on the grill.
Catherine almost always includes corn on the cob when she grills dinner. First she soaks it in water for at least an hour, then puts it directly on the grill while she's making the rest of dinner. A couple of turns and 30 minutes later it's perfect.
