There's a cruise in our future. Next year? On a RCI ship. Last cruise was on the Allure of the Seas. Hard to top this one. Suggestions? Fav ship for you????
Any RCCL ship is my favorite. :) Of course, we spend a great deal of time on Freedom of the Seas now. She's out of Port Canaveral now, but will be moving to Fort Lauderdale in late 2016. The itinerary will change slightly then. It'll be fun to have some new ports, but I truly do like the ones we have now.
My favorite itinerary in Europe is the Norwegian Fjords. We did that for years aboard Splendour of the Seas. The Mediterranean is nice, too, especially Venice, Villefranche, Malta.... We've been to Brazil a few times, too, but that didn't do much for me for going ashore, but the scenery was great. It's very dangerous to go ashore in the big cities unless you're on a tour down there; the one exception was Buzios where I felt safe. I really liked the Fall Foilage cruises out of Boston and up into Canada. Of course, there is Alaska....
