Good morning,
It is Flag Day in the USA and Old Glory is proudly displayed everywhere.
This is a collection of images of flags that I from our trip through Georgia and Florida in January, 2012.
When we have been out of the country and on our way in the other direction to go home, the sight of Old Glory is always very welcome.
We stop in Lake Park, Georgia, for a meal when we are there at the right time of the day.
And, finally, here's Old Glory at a rest stop in Florida.
Respect for our flag is very near and dear to us. Sadly, some don't share that respect or know flag etiquette for proper display and care. For an excellent site on US Flag Etiquette, click this link.
So, for my US readers, I hope you'll display your flag and enjoy Flag Day!
