Home Depot Sunset

Good morning,

Catherine and I went over to Home Depot to pick up some paint.  When we came out we saw this gorgeous sky above the store.
We moved out further from the store and toward our car in the lot and got a different view of the sky.

It's amazing where you find beauty when you are busy thinking about and doing other things.  I'm so glad I keep my baby camera with me all the time.

    You are right! How many of us would be so busy with what we are doing - getting to the store, getting our supplies and getting back home - to even notice? It's called "take time to smell the flowers"!

    Beautiful sky! I always bring my camera, but when I do forget it, that is when I'm kicking myself the most for forgetting it. I'm glad you had yours with you.

    That first shot is gorgeous! Have a mentioned that I LOVE your Header Photo?? It's so beautiful with the blue water and the contrasting colors of the dogs.

    I call that a 'paintbox' sky' and I just love them. It is one thing in nature that I really do admire.

    Lois, nice shot and I agree that having a camera is always a great thing!I just got a Canon digital elph and it will be carried when the other Canon camera are at home.
