My daughter sent me some pictures a friend took of my granddaughter recently at our local AKC club and they are so precious, I just have to share them. I'm sure Anna's out-of-town cousins will enjoy these images, too.
Anna is holding the friend's dog who seems very happy to be on her lap.
The image is a little dark, but in the kennel is our Penny. Don't feel sorry for Penny being in the kennel: she goes in there willingly and stays in her comfort zone to rest after agility runs at the club. We have kennels in every room of the house and leave the doors open. Penny goes into her space to rest between active play periods and the kids know not to bother her when she goes in there.
Are these two cute or what! OK, I'm prejudiced. ;)

You have good reason to be prejudiced, Lois. Anna is a lovely young girl, she seems to look a little like you, don't you think?
Anna is indeed a wonderful looking youg girl and the little shelty she has is just darling. We had a Shelty for 16 years. She was the best dog we ever had. ...debbie
You have every reason to be prejudiced. Cute girl, cute pup.
very cute! :)
These two are cute! It doesn't take a VPG to think that.
I'm with you. This was a very cute post!
Both Anna and the shelty are very cute. Thanks for sharing, Lois.
Good morning,
Thanks for all the sweet comments. Yes, there is definitely a family resemblance. We can all be picked out of a crowd as family. ;)
Thank you, everyone, for stopping by.
Very best,
Lois
They are both very very cute!!
