What's for Lunch?

 Good morning,

Around here what's for lunch is often a mystery until we open the fridge to see what's available.  Do you do that at your house?

I knew I wanted something light in this warm weather....  Hmmm....

This was my luncheon creation yesterday:  blue cheese, sliced hard boiled egg, fresh spinach leaves, on my home made bread.

This was a winner!

 Yum!
