A Family Joint Venture - Gravlax Dinner

 Good morning,

We all contributed to a gravlax dinner that turned out wonderfully.

On the left above you see the gravlax, prepared by Kjell.  Catherine prepared the scrambled eggs on the right and

the gravlax sauce.
And, I made the home made bread.  

We enjoyed our Norwegian gravlax.  If you're interested in the gravlax and sauce recipes, I've published them earlier here on this blog.

    That looks delicious, I have never had this before. I wish I had seen this before when we would fish for salmon on Lake Michigan.
