Perfect First Rise and Loaves

 

Good morning,

I'm back to making bread several times a week.  The first rise on this batch of dough was so gorgeous I had to take a picture.

The two large loaves of bread turned out perfectly, too.  I wish I could share the aroma and taste with you.
