Christmas Cake

 Good morning,

This cake is long gone, but not forgotten.  Catherine is the cake expert around here.  She bought it on Christmas Eve; she always buys the most yummy cakes!  This one was filled with cream and way too easy to eat.

Now that it's "next year" it's diet time!
