Ah, yes, good food again. This is another dinner that My Honey made.
I love salmon any way it is prepared. Until I met Kjell, I don't think I had eaten fried salmon. This is fried in butter (oh, yes, butter!) and seasoned lightly with salt and pepper. Yes, it's quick, easy, fabulous.
The famous Norwegian boiled potatoes, peas and carrots, finished the meal. The extra veggie made up for the lack of a salad according to the chef.

That recipe for salmon sounds easy. I shall try it.
