Flank Steak ala Catherine

 Good morning,

Catherine earns an A+ once again for preparing this flank steak dinner for us.  I must say we are not missing restaurants at all during this Covid-19 period!

 Oooooh, mushrooms....

Risotto....
Tomatoes with mozzarella....
Perfectly grilled flank steak...
And the best family ever!

Have I mentioned retirement is good?
