That grapefruit was absolutely delicious. After all of the good (high calorie) food we've had recently, I decided to have a fruit diet day and it worked out quite well.
I enjoyed that grapefruit, a banana, and an apple with some honey for dipping. Of course, I had coffee and water throughout the day, too.
I felt quite good by the end of the day.
We'll see what tomorrow brings....
