Vanilla Ice Cream Goes Well With What?

Good morning,

So I dished up some vanilla ice cream for an evening snack as requested by My Honey.  Gee, what should I put on that ice cream?
Cognac, of course!  ;)
This was so yummy!

    Creme De Menthe is quite good on vanilla ice cream. But it looks like you did alright though!
