Cod Fish Cakes ala Kjell

Good morning,

Kjell was in the kitchen again yesterday and made delicious Cod Fish Cakes served with onions,
shredded raw carrots with lime, beets, and mashed potatoes. 

It was delicious!

I just love it when Kjell cooks.  :)
