This is another dinner that Kjell prepared. It's Norwegian fish balls and shrimp in a white sauce served over crushed boiled potatoes. I had never heard of fish balls before I met Kjell, but now I'm a fan.
Fish balls? Think of meatballs, only using white fish to make them instead of beef or pork.

ReplyDeleteWhitefish meat ball is vey popular with us european jews especially during our Passover holiday. One should beware of the bought ones and eat only homemade.
