Another Fish Soup - Tomato Base

Good morning,

Here's another of My Honey's fish soup creations.  We never get tired of fish soup here, especially on these cold winter tday.

This time he made it with a tomato base.  I asked him about the recipe and he said he had no clue.  He just added things until he liked it.
