This little Hardy Hibiscus is exceedingly hardy!
It is growing from a crack in the curb in our parking area near our garage. When we've pulled the cars in too far, it has pushed the curb slightly out of place and this little plant found that spot to grow. I cut it back often and need to get out there and dig it out, but now I think I'll just let it grow for awhile.
We'll be having the blacktop replaced soon anyway so we might as well let this little blossom have its day in the sun.
