Catherine in the Kitchen

Good morning,

The aroma of tuna melts drew me to the kitchen.

I found our daughter, Catherine, there making these yummy treats:  tuna salad on bread covered with two kinds of cheese.  She had melted it all in the oven and it was ready to eat.

Sometimes the most simple food is the best to hit the spot!

    I totally agree with your concluding sentence.I like both tuna and cheese, and the combo of the two is indeed delicious.
