That cute little guy is Teddy, our house guest during the day for a few weeks.
Teddy is the 12 week old pup of a friend who works during the day. Rather than leave him in a kennel at home while she works, Teddy comes to our house early in the morning to spend the day with us and our three Labrador Retrievers.
Teddy will grow up to be an agility dog as are our pups. His "Mom" is also a member of our AKC dog club and shows her other dogs, too. He's spending his days with us so he will be socialized with lots of people and other dogs.
Teddy is under the supervision of our granddaughter, Anna; however, My Honey and I can't keep ourselves from taking him outside, playing with him, feeding him, hugging him, loving him....

ReplyDeleteLooks like Teddy has a beautiful blue eye and hoping the other is matching too. Glad he has both human and canine company during the day and sure both Teddy and his owner are glad too.
Beatrice, One of Teddy's eyes is blue, the other brown. This is common with Blue Merle Border Collies. He is gorgeous and an excellent example of the breed. We just love this little guy.
