Very Large Featherless Florida Cranes - A New Species?

Good morning,

Is this a new species of Featherless Florida Cranes?

I've seen smaller yellow and black Featherless Florida Cranes, but never these huge red ones!

They seem to hover around highway over passes....

They are rebuilding the Tappan Zee Bridge with lots of these.
