What is it?

Good morning,

These are more of our road trip pictures from when we were in Georgia. 
We followed this "thing" for quite some time before we figured out what it is.  Have you figured it out?
OK, I'll tell you if you haven't.  It's a carnival ride.  It certainly looked unusual going down the road, but, what was even more unusual...
...was seeing the driver!

    yup, i guessed carnival ride - like a spinning barrel instead of a tea cup. :) the tea cup is driving. :)

    I figured it was a carnival ride but I didn't figure on a puppy driving the truck! Cute.
