Good morning,
Here's another visitor who arrived beside my desk as I was typing away on my computer keyboard.
Penny comes, sits by me, then "talks" very quietly until I hear and see her.
What a pretty profile portrait. :)
We will miss our pups when we go back to the ship soon. They won't be alone here, but we know they miss us as much as we miss them. If only we could explain that we will be coming back and when that will be.
All the best,
Lois
Yes, it must be very hard to leave them when you go! Penny looks so sweet and loving.
ReplyDeleteOh Penny knows your gone. For sure. When I babysat my sons dog while they were away on holidays. Hubby and I. She sat on the stool near front door looking and little doggy wines once in-awhile . Poor Teddy.
ReplyDeleteHe passed away a year later. She had cancer.
We all miss him so much. Teddy. And so may of the bloggers have the breed of dogs he was. Which brings memories back to me so quickly.
What a lovable picture of Penny!
ReplyDeleteLove Penny, but, why are you going again?
ReplyDeletei love your babies. i'd not be able to leave them. :(
ReplyDeleteHi, Penny! How are you?
ReplyDeleteHi Everyone,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your very sweet comments about our Penny.
For those who wonder about the pups being home without us, three generations of us live in the same house so the pups always have someone around. They are never boarded.
Our trips away from home have to do with work.
Thanks for all of your very kind words.
Lois
What a sweetie.
ReplyDeleteAwe, so pretty. Penny is a yellow lab? I used to have one as a child. They have such sweet temperaments.
ReplyDeleteWe used to have two dogs...and I always hated leaving them. Missed them as if they were children.
ReplyDeletePretty Penny! Too bad they can't go with you.
ReplyDeleteThat is a pretty Penny. I hate leaving our dogs even when it's only for a short time.

ReplyDeleteThe best of both worlds...travel and great companions awaiting your return.
