Grav Laks for Brunch

Good morning,

It is good to be home and preparing our favorite foods. 

Above you see a Norwegian treat, Grav Laks that we enjoy making at home.  It takes a few days to prepare, but it is worth the wait.

  2. Yum! Does that look good! The fresh salmon I can get but not the aquavit (sp?) Wish I could try some authentic Grav Laks!
