North Carolina

Good morning,

The weather is beautiful for our road trip.
We absolutely love driving through the mountains.


Just gorgeous!

 The rest stops are certainly different from when we were kids.
 May in North Carolina.  So pretty!

    That is a very pretty drive. Those logging trucks always make me nervous. Those logs look like they could tumbling off at any minute!

    Amazing how fancy some of those rest stops are now! Not many along Alaska roads, and those that are there are of the outhouse variety.
